the comfort inn had a nice indoor pool for relaxation. i loved how close it was to walmart for essentials like linens and sheets. the house cleaning staff went above and beyond by retrieving a bag i left behind. this type of service is rare and appreciated.

Family Avoid unless desperate

They allowed us to check in early which was great for traveling with a toddler. The second night desk attendant was amazing at addressing our issues with just needing showers after hiking all day.

We had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga West, Lookout Mountain. The indoor pool was a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest up for more fun at the nearby attractions.

On the downside, I noticed the indoor pool had some maintenance issues. The area looked nice, but the water temperature could have been better. Also, I encountered a strange odor in the hallway during my stay.
